

ABOUT ME
I am a psychologist in training, a certified CBT coach, and a holistic healing practitioner devoted to helping people return to balance — in body, mind, and spirit.
My work was not born only from academic study, but from lived transformation. Through years of personal healing, I explored the deep connection between nervous system regulation, metabolic health, trauma recovery, spirituality, and authentic self-expression. What I teach and offer comes from both science and experience.
I believe healing is not about fixing what is broken, but about removing what prevents us from living in alignment with our true nature.
